ICI Bucharest participated on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at the BSDA 2023 Conference (with the theme "Facing new threats and geopolitical realities, the future for the Romanian Military and defense industry with more than one year since the beginning of the Ukraine war"), which was held at the National Military Circle.

The National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest, through the European program EuroHPC JU, is part of the EU project National Competence Centers in the Framework of EuroHPC (eurohpc-ju.europa.eu), which aims to establish a National Center for Competence in HPC (High Performance Computing).

The event was organized by the Group of African Ambassadors and Heads of African Diplomatic Missions accredited in Romania and the Honorary Consuls of African countries. The invitation was extended by Her Excellency Mrs. Raja Jhinaoui Ben Ali, Dean of the African Group and Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia.
