By using this service, the public authorities gain access to electronic archiving services. The service creates also the possibility to display electronic documents through a public access portal.

By using this service, the public institutions have the possibility to publish, in a standardized manner, information addressing the public interest; this information may be issued based on institution's own initiative, or it may be generated as a response to public inquiries.
