ICI Bucharest discussed cybersecurity collaborations with Neverhack representatives.

The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest, through Adrian-Victor Vevera, general director, held a working meeting with Arthur Bataille, founder and CEO of Neverhack, and members of his team. The discussions focused on areas in which the two organizations could collaborate, especially regarding cybersecurity, the protection of critical infrastructures and the development of applied projects.

Starting August 3rd, 2017 the new general director of the National Institute of Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest) is Dr. Adriana ALEXANDRU, through MCSI Order no. 778 / 03.08.2017 signed by the Minister of Communications and Information Society, Mr. Lucian ŞOVA. At the same time, she is also the chairman of the board of the same institution.

"Cloud Computing Digital Library" Project Completion

On 3 April 2016, ICI Bucharest received the South Korean delegation from Joseph WonheeLee, General Manager of LG N-SYS and representatives of FutureNuri (Digital Library / Content Management / Web & Portal Services) to finalize the pilot project Digital Library with Cloud Computing System ", a project developed within the Romanian-Korean IT Co-operation Center, which is implemented at the "Carol I" University Central Library - Bucharest.

ICI Bucharest – national coordinator for the "Once-Only Principle" project (TOOP)

The European Commission launched on January 1, 2017 the project entitled "The Once-Only Principle – TOOP". This project is part of the European Union Action Plan on eGovernment 2016-2020 and will help to increase the efficiency of the digital single market.
