"Private Cloud-type Solutions for Public Institutions" Workshop

Together with ORACLE Romania, The National Institute of Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest co-organizes a workshop on "Private Cloud-type Solutions for Public Institutions". The event will take place on March 23, 2017, starting with 09.30 am.

The topics of discussion are:

  • Overview of Private Cloud-type Solutions, Concepts, Approaches;
  • Cloud in the ICI Data Center Bucharest: Oracle Cloud Machine, Exadata Cloud Machine, Big Data Cloud Machine;
  • Platform as a Service: Cloud Services for Database, Backup, Big Data, Business Intelligence, SOA, API Platform, Documents, Portal, Identity Management;
  • Infrastructure as a Service: Compute, Storage, Network, Bare Metal, Ravello;
  • Application cases in the public sector;
  • Personal experience-based examples.

The event will be attended by ICI Bucharest experts.

On May 22, 2025, ICI Bucharest contributed to the roundtable "Overview of the current cybersecurity dynamics in the European landscape" organized by the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre, together with the partners of the ECYBRIDGE Project. This event was the first roundtable of the project, focusing on the current dynamics of cybersecurity related to Critical Infrastructure (CI).
