The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics was present at The 5th INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING – ISEEE 2017, organized by "Dunărea de Jos" Faculty of Electronics, Automatic Control and Power Engineering, Galați, Romania, from 20 to 23 October 2017.
The symposium was dedicated to an international forum where an efficient exchange of knowledge and experience took place among researchers working in various theoretical and applied areas of electronics and power engineering, as well as information and communication technology.
All articles from the ISEEE 2017 Proceedings will be submitted for publishing in the IEEE Explore and indexed by Scopus and ISI (Thomson Reuters).
Researchers from ICI have presented four scientific papers in the following sections: SS2 - „Change detection in vibrational processes”, TS2 – „Data & Signal Processing I” and TS6 – „Electrical Machines and Software Engineering”.
The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest participated, as a member of the Defense Industry Employers' Organization (OPIA), at the NATO Day 2026 anniversary event, organized in Bucharest on Monday, April 6, 2026, to mark the 22nd anniversary of Romania's accession to the North Atlantic Alliance.
The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest participated on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in the round table on the theme "Public Policies for Space Romania", organised by the AGORA Center for Democracy and the Romanian Space Initiative, with the support of the Industry and Services Committee of the Chamber of Deputies.
On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest received a visit from the members of the Alexandria Local Youth Council (CLTA), a group of approximately 40 students.
