ICI Bucharest participated on Monday, May 26, 2025, at "AI Smart Ecosystems: Technologies for an active and healthy aging at home". The event, organized by the Ana Aslan International Foundation, represented the second meeting of the European project PREMIERE COMFORTAGE, an initiative dedicated to innovation in the field of smart longevity.
ICI Bucharest's participation underlined the institution's commitment to promoting emerging technologies in support of active, autonomous and dignified aging. ICI representatives discussed the essential role of artificial intelligence, digital solutions and open data in shaping a future of longevity centered on the individual and on prevention.
During the workshop, the topics addressed included recent advances in medical research and gerontology, AI applications in monitoring and caring for older adults, and digital platforms for supporting autonomy and vitality after the age of 60.
The event brought together specialists from the fields of health, research and public administration in a joint effort to identify concrete solutions to the challenges of population aging.
