The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest participated in the “Business Breakfast” event on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, held at the CCIB Palace, Bucharest. The event was organized by the Bucharest Chamber of Commerce and Industry and brought together decision-makers, specialists, representatives of institutions, the banking sector and the business environment, providing a framework for debate on ESG perspectives in Romanian business.
The central theme was “How to transform current requirements into performance and operational efficiency tools”, and topics such as environmental controls, legislation and fines, relations with banks, automated data entry programs and ESG solutions for small and medium-sized companies, to name just a few of them, were brought up for debate.
The event brought decision-makers and specialists together, featuring concrete implementation examples and Q&A, creating a clear framework for setting initiatives and benchmarks to increase productivity and competitiveness through digitalisation in the Romanian business sector.
