Today, March 31, 2022, The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics and the Royal Thai Embassy organized the webinar "AI: Key to Successful Digital Transformation in Thailand and Romania."
In this context, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society of Thailand, the Romanian Digitization Agency, the Digital Government Development Agency (Thailand), the National Electronics and Computer Center (Thailand), EuroCC Romania, as well as the two organizing institutions discussed topics related to digitization.
Our colleagues from ICI Bucharest discussed both the topic "Advanced applications of artificial intelligence and big data" and the topic "High Performance Computing (HPC) & AI: large-scale projects in the framework of EuroHPC Joint Undertaking: The EuroCC project."
Through this webinar, the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics has taken another significant step towards better integration in the international space for research and development of information societies. Following the webinar held with representatives of the Kingdom of Thailand, it was proposed to create an inter-institutional working group in artificial intelligence. We are convinced that each member will bring a valuable contribution to this working group.
Today, April 16, 2024, the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest launched the Digital Innovation Summit Bucharest (DISB), a reference event in the field of digital innovation, cyber diplomacy and the protection of critical infrastructures.
On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, ICI Bucharest was present at the Romania - Republic of Moldova Business Forum, organized at the Parliament Palace, on the sidelines of the 12th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission for Moldovan-Romanian Economic Cooperation.
