General objectives of the project:

The general objective of the project is to ensure pan-European, trans-national, high-quality services, oriented towards the requirements of stakeholders that formulate project proposals and of the National Contact Points (NCPs) for the DIGITAL field (within Cluster 4), by carrying out activities using a common IT platform and by collaborating with the NCP networks of other thematic areas of the Horizon Europe Framework Program (Horizon Europe - HE).

Project description:

The project is structured as follows:

• WP1 – Management and strategy: project management, monitoring, administration of internal IT tools, project quality development, ensuring communication and cooperation between project partners and work packages;
• WP2 – Outreach: planning and management of on/offline dissemination activities, creation and continuous update of the communication strategy, online communication, social media, offline communication, strengthening the online presence of the project;
• WP3 – NCP Capacity building: training for newcomers, advanced training (trainings, online seminars, best practice exchanges, etc.), NCP mentoring, the toolbox for NCPs;
• WP4 – Proposers’ Services/Strengthening Participation: that formulate project proposals: specific services (partner search), tools - content and methodology of use, networking events and trainings, online proposal check events –events regarding the project proposals checking, networking events;
• WP5 – Connecting Digital Communities: collaborations between various other funding programs and scientific communities within the European Research Network – ERA, Enterprise Europe Network – EEN, etc.
• WP6 – Synergies among Cluster 4 NCP projects - the management of strategic collaborations with relevant initiatives from the widened spectrum of the Cluster 4 area (Digital, Industry and Space) within HE is ensured, taking into account the diversity of actors;

WP7 – Ethics requirements - ensuring compliance with the 'ethics requirements' that the project must comply with, particularly regarding AI robustness and responsible use.

Expected results:

• running Ideal-IST2027 services for the Ideal-IST2027 national client community: distributing partnership requests for HE calls, guiding authors of partnership requests from Romania; participating in the preparation of “Proposal check”/”Full Proposal check online” type events;
• participation in brokerage events organised within the project;
• participating in the WP6 – Synergies among Cluster 4 NCP projects, Synergy Outreach meetings;
• organising the Open Café monthly meetings;
• ensuring participation as a member of the Governing Board (GB) of Ideal-IST2027;
• ensuring leadership for WP2 – Outreach;
• coordinating all WP2 – Outreach activities and WP2 – Outreach team throughout the lifetime of the project.
