Project Coordinator: Eng. Marilena IANCULESCU – Scientific Researcher III

Main objectives of the project

  • to advance the status of knowledge in the field of personalized patient monitoring and support through the development, adaptation and integration of innovative ICT solutions;
  • to advance the state of knowledge in monitoring the health of the population by using time series modeling, simulation and prediction;
  • to advance the state of knowledge in assessing the quality and usability of solutions based on mobile, IoT and Cloud technologies in eHealth;
  • to design and implement in a distributed architecture the MONISAN platform, aiming the continuous monitoring of the health status of people with medical conditions (biomedical parameters, environmental parameters, lifestyle and real-time location of the patient, etc.);
  • to describe the monitoring process and provision of automated support for activities, tasks and methods used in the patient monitoring process;
  • to develop and implement a set of personalized healthcare services/applications (like supporting current treatment, alerting, personalized recommendations, etc.);
  • to evaluate the quality and usability of the innovative technological solutions proposed within the project.
