Overall objectives of the project

  • defining and presenting online public services;
  • identifying the behavioral implications at user and institutional level of using online public services;
  • presentation of the ways of behavioral analysis, applying in different fields of activity;
  • description of intelligent behavioral analysis systems;
  • description of applications of behavioral analysis systems in the process of using online public services.

Project description

The project aims at carrying out a study on the intelligent behavioral analysis systems of online public services both in Romania and at international level in order to identify indicators and instruments for measuring the adoption and efficiency of the public services analyzed.

Through its studies and analyzes, it is estimated that the project will have the following benefits: providing a foundation that complements and supports the implementation of intelligent behavioral analysis systems on online public services; the alignment of methods and techniques of behavioral analysis on the approach and the progresses at the international level and the objectives of the National Strategy.
