The project aims to develop studies on adaptive early detection systems for cyber attacks on critical infrastructures and to develop a reference architecture for an adaptive "intelligent software agents".
The project aims at carrying out a study on the intelligent behavioral analysis systems of online public services both in Romania and at international level in order to identify indicators and instruments for measuring the adoption and efficiency of the public services analyzed.
The motivation of the project starts from the fact that the Ministry of Communications and Information Society as the main institution involved in the implementation of the National Strategy on the Digital Agenda for Romania (SNADR) has provided the National Strategy on Digital Agenda for Romania which is an indicative document for the respective Central Public Administration for all relevant Ministries / agencies / authorities involved in data collection in their assessment for SNADR.
The project aims to develop a new set of indicators to monitor the sophistication of the information society in Romania in order to harmonize the SNADR Monitoring and Evaluation Manual with the new indicators related to the European Single Digital Market Strategy.
The project finds its usefulness through technical and scientific substantiation of strategies for the development of normative acts on cyber security. The area of cyber security needs to evolve faster than ever, at the rate required by the spread of connected devices, services and people with access to applications and information.
The study aims to provide an overview of the current context, approaches, initiatives and cyberspace dynamics at international, European and national level as well as the establishment and classification of indicators for cyber security.
The project finds its usefulness through the scientific substantiation of the normative acts subsequent to the transposition of the NIS Directive, the proposal of methodologies, the setting of specific criteria and threshold values for them, both for the initial establishment and following update of the threshold criteria and values for establishing the impact of incidents and the identification of essential services.
The project finds its usefulness by scientifically substantiating the proposed solutions, which will result in the implementation of curricula, strategy and follow-up actions, to ensure training and education at national level in the field of cyber security, as well as to increase the awareness of the dangers of the cyber environment.
The project considers the specific objectives of the Sectoral Plan on facilitating the necessary conditions for the operation of e-Government services, interoperability by correlating strategic development lines in adapting the national context to European standards / recommendations.
The scope of the project was to identify solutions, both technical and procedural, to improve national capabilities for managing large-impact cyber security incidents.
The project implementation plan was structured in three annual phases, namely: selection of RDI-ICT topics relevant to the sectors of smart specialization; establishing the portfolio of generic ICT solutions (with a wide area of applicability) for the analyzed RDI-ICT topics; recommendations on the use of portfolio solutions for the development of innovative ICT products and services in the SS sectors.
The project aimed to conduct a comparative study of existing e-Health solutions, initiatives, both at Romanian and international level, in order to identify indicators and tools to measure the degree of adoption, usability and efficiency of analyzed e-Health solutions.
The project implementation plan included the following stages: study on the Big Data approach in the public sector; analysis of technologies, good practices and e-Government solutions that use Big Data at national, European and international level; the impact of Big Data technologies for the development of government information systems; recommendations on the use of Big Data technologies for the development of governmental information systems in Romania.
The project aims to stimulate the development of public infrastructures that provide IT services - by analyzing solutions for secure access to public infrastructures and by increasing the resilience of these infrastructures.
The project aims at identifying and characterizing data security issues in smart environments, as well as in the possibilities to deploy and optimize data security features for smart environments in accordance with their specific requirements.
