IDEALIST 2018 – Trans-national cooperation among ICT NCPs

Overall objective of the project

  • providing high-quality pan-European services, geared to the requirements of project proponents and National Contact Points (NCPs) for ICT, by carrying out activities on a common IT platform and by collaborating with the NCP networks of other thematic areas of Horizon 2020.

Project description

The project was structured on the following work packages and tasks:

  • WP1 - Coordination & Management: Project Management, Administration, Internal IT tools management & training, Quality Development
  • WP2 - Strategic Collaboration: Topic Mapping, Due Diligence / Horizon 2020 & ERA, Boosting collaboration with new target groups of Horizon 2020, Regional Alliances / Regional Cooperation with Third Countries
  • WP3 - NCP Capacity Building: Training for newcomers, Advanced Training, NCP Mentorin, ToolBox for NCPs
  • WP4 - Proposer Services: Proposer services (partner search, preproposal check), Toolbox for Proposers, Events, Full Proposal Checks
  • WP5 - Dissemination and Communication: Communication strategy, Online Communication, Social Media, Offline Communication, Overview Content Development
  • WP6 - Assessment: KPIs & Monitoring, Reviewing, Advisory Board

Results

  • running Idealist services for the Idealist client community in the country: distributing project ideas and partnership requests for H2020 calls, guiding authors of partnership requests in Romania; member of the quality control team of these applications; participation in the preparation of "Proposal check" events;
  • contribution to the brokerage events organized within the project;
  • monitoring and mentoring of the National Contact Points for the ICT field, members of the Idealist network;
  • monitoring the results of the Alliance for Internet of Things Innovation-AIOTI (www.aioti.eu) for the benefit of the members of the Idealist network;
  • in charge with the cooperation between the Idealist project and the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation: distribution in the Idealist community of the call for training missions funded by Japan in the field of manufacturing management; exchange of information between the project and the research-industry environment in Japan.
