Erasmus+ – New integrated training system on Insurance Intermediary (E-insurance training)

Overall objectives of the project

  • development of an integrated insurance course according to EU directives;
  • providing a learning platform for employees of post offices, for their training in the field of insurance;
  • developing the capacity (knowledge, skills and competencies) of postal employees to respond effectively to customers to various aspects of insurance policies (their tasks also include recommending potential customers to the Insurance Broker and / or contracting insurance policies);
  • supporting employees to introduce new, integrated, high-value services that fully exploit the size of the postal network.

Project description

ICI Bucharest aimed to install and configure the E-Learning platform where the teaching materials developed by the project partners are uploaded. The platform chosen to be installed is MOODLE.

After its installation, the ICI Bucharest team made a guide for installing the platform for the project partners who want to install and configure the platform themselves.

The materials in Romanian and English were uploaded to the platform. Based on the experience in loading materials, the ICI Bucharest team also developed a guide for loading materials. Based on the guide, the Greek team uploaded the materials in Greek. Thus, the platform is currently functional and contains 3 courses in 3 different languages: Romanian, English and Greek.

Results

  • platform installed and configured for postal employees;
  • platform installation and platform content upload guides;
  • existing courses on the platform that employees can access;
  • reports on how to access courses by postal employees.
