Meeting between the General Director of ICI Bucharest and the President of the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre

Today, November 27, 2024, Mr. Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest), had a meeting with Mr. Ambassador Lucian Fătu, President of the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre (E-ARC), to strengthen cooperation between the two entities and to discuss joint initiatives in the field of cybersecurity and digital resilience.

The agenda of the discussions included topics such as collaboration in research and development of advanced technologies for the protection of critical infrastructures, the exchange of best practices and information on emerging cyber threats, with the aim of increasing incident response capacity and promoting education and awareness in the field of cybersecurity.

The meeting between ICI Bucharest and E-ARC reflects the commitment of both entities to respond to challenges in the digital environment through a collaborative and innovation-oriented approach. Thus, the responsibility to contribute to strengthening the resilience of digital infrastructure and promoting effective cooperation within the Euro-Atlantic community was reaffirmed.
