The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest signed on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, a collaboration protocol with the Association of Distributors of Electronic Fiscal Marking Devices (ADAMEF) and the Employers' Association of Traders and Service Workers of Fiscal Marking Machines in Romania (PCSCMR).
The partnership aims to initiate accreditation procedures for advanced training courses for technicians in the field of fiscal electronic marking equipment. These programs will contribute to increasing the level of competence of specialists and to strengthening the infrastructure necessary for the digitalization and modernization of taxation in Romania.
"The signing of this protocol confirms our joint commitment to contribute to increasing the level of professionalism and training of technicians, through an officially accredited and recognized framework. In a digital economy in continuous transformation, expertise and continuous training are the guarantee of quality services and good functioning of fiscal systems", declared Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of ICI Bucharest.
The representatives of ADAMEF and PCSCMR emphasized the importance of collaboration in order to respond to the real challenges and needs of the market. Through this approach, the premises for sustainable and professional development of installation, maintenance, and service of fiscal electronic marking equipment are established.
