The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest, through the European EuroHPC JU program, is a partner in the European Union project National Competence Centers in the Framework of EuroHPC (eurohpc-ju.europa.eu) and established the HPC National Competence Center (High Performance Computing) in Romania.
Through this center - EuroCC Romania, together with EuroCC Holland, launched, on June 22, 2023, the open call that allows access to substantial computing and storage resources, thus providing access to the resources of the Snellius supercomputer. At the same time, technical assistance will be provided for the operation of this infrastructure.

ICI Bucharest organised, between December 9 and 12, a series of presentations for students of the Faculty of Business Administration in Foreign Languages (FABIZ) at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
ICI Bucharest received on Thursday, December 11, 2025, a visit from a group of students and teachers from The 8th Laboratory Center of Athens, Greece, participants in the ERASMUS+ program, carried out in Romania between December 1–14, 2025.
