ICI Bucharest Held a Meeting with Representatives of AI Turing Technologies

The management of ICI Bucharest welcomed a delegation from AI Turing Technologies at the institute’s headquarters. Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of the institute, spoke with the company’s representatives about cybersecurity and the use of the same technologies in civilian and defence applications.

ICI Bucharest’s presentation focused on projects related to the protection of critical infrastructure. The institute’s researchers work with cyber range platforms that recreate cyberattack scenarios in a controlled environment without putting real systems at risk. These platforms allow incident response to be tested and specialists to be trained to respond in the event of an attack. The discussions also covered industrial systems security, threat detection, and data processing.

The dual-use theme is reflected in the institute’s applied research projects and in the partnerships developed with academia, industry, and institutions responsible for critical infrastructure.
