Today, June 19, 2023, Adrian Victor Vevera, the general director of the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (ICI Bucharest), had a meeting with Alexandre da Silva Barbedo, Head of the Trade and Investment Promotion Sector (SECOM) within the Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil in Romania.
The topics addressed during the meeting referred to the collaborative relationship between the two countries, the research and development initiatives of ICI Bucharest and the possibilities of expanding cooperation.
At the same time, the connection between the academic environment, the diplomatic community and industry partners was emphasized. The participants expressed their desire to strengthen these ties by pooling resources and expertise in order to develop innovative solutions and promote technology transfer between the two states.
Both sides appreciated the meeting as an essential step for strengthening bilateral relations and developing collaboration in the technological field. The meeting created the conditions for fruitful cooperation, opening new horizons.
