ICI Bucharest concluded the cooperation protocol with the Special Communications and Information Security State Service from Azerbaijan

Today, April 24, 2023, ICI Bucharest received the visit of the Special Communications and Information Security State Service delegation from Azerbaijan. On this occasion, the cooperation protocol between the two entities was concluded. The document was signed by Mr. Adrian Victor Vevera, the general director of ICI Bucharest, and by Mr. Lt. Gen. Ilgar Musayev, Head of Service.

Several aspects of future collaborations between the two entities were highlighted on this occasion. The director of ICI Bucharest has two significant areas in which the teams can collaborate: fundamental research (through the development of projects and applications adapted to the needs of different entities) and, respectively, the digitization of different national structures. A major point of interest in the collaboration is represented by the institutional NFT market for state institutions, the business environment, and citizens based on the decentralized ecosystem (DNS/TLD) based on blockchain technology, a marketplace established by ICI Bucharest that can also be opened to the partners from Azerbaijan.

For the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest, this represents an unprecedented step towards innovation by developing and building an operational framework for a sustainable economy, benefiting and encouraging the interaction between citizens, the business environment, and institutional entities in the new decentralized digital ecosystems.
