Research reports and publications produced by the institute are available in this department. The library fund consists of 30,000 entries, including 6,200 books titles, 3,000 xerocopies, 500 documentations, and 215 scientific journals titles (since 1969). The data provided are approximate data.
The Department will encourage exchange of publications, by offering:

• "Studies in Informatics and Control" Journal (in English)
  
• "Romanian Journal of Information Technology and Automatic Control " (in Romanian)

Proceedings of local conferences and symposia.
Such word processors as WordStar, WordPerfect, MS-Word, Chi-Writer, LateX as well as the Rank Xerox editing system , the licenced Ventura software included, are under current use by "Publications in Informatics and Control " Division.
